CPT is located in Centreville, Virginia, just South of the intersection of Route 28 and Route 29. We are also just a short distance from Interstate 66.
From either Route 28 or I-66, take Route 29 South, travel about 1/2 mile and make a U turn at the Stone Road intersection. Make a right into the building complex just past the gas station.
We are located in a 4 story brick building next to the Goodyear Tire Center. There is a Dunkin Donuts on the first floor of our building.

Centreville Physical Therapy, PC is open Monday through Friday. We are pleased to offer both early morning and evening appointments as available. Every patient is given a minimum of a full 45-minute appointment with the therapist as deemed necessary by the diagnosis. We encourage patients to schedule appointments in advance, if possible, as this will ensure consistency and availability.
